in East Stroudsburg, PA
The goal of each retreat is to instill in all the need for God, and then help all to know how to pursue God each and every day, so they grow in their faith, knowledge and love of the Lord. We accomplish this through a speaker, worship music, Bible study, devotions, and youth group time. Our desire is that youth will be moved by God’s Spirit to become God’s instruments in this broken world. The weekend also includes lots of free time to help youth connect with each other.
If you have any questions about anything related to Christian Endeavor youth ministry, please do not hesitate to reach out. We aim to share the love of Jesus with our youth and to help them grow in their faith and their personal relationship with Christ. We look forward to partnering with you in ministry to your youth.

REGISTRATION.
Cost: $200
Early bird rate: $190 by September 25, 2026 if submitted with ALL registration forms, medical forms and $95 deposit.
Standard Registration after 9/25/26 - $200 subject to availability with $95 deposit.
Final payments must be received by January 15, 2027.
Group leaders can register their group in 3 easy steps:
1: Get the Forms
Every Youth and Adult individual needs a *Registration Form, *Emergency Form (print and fill out both pages), and a *copy of front and back of their health insurance card.
Each group also needs a Group Registration Form, Roommate Assignment Form and Child Protection Agreement Form (info listed below, click title in bold to download each form).

2: Fill out the Forms and Collect Deposit Money
Each youth and adult participant must complete a registration/medical form, plus provide a copy of front and back of their health insurance card. Also an $95 deposit is required for each participant.
3: Mail Your Forms and Deposit by September 25*
Save $10 by registering before September 25. All registrations received before Sept 25 will qualify for the Early Rate of $190.
*Registrations received after Sept 25 will be at the Regular Rate of $200 with a $95 deposit. *Subject to availability.
The deadline for all final payments is January 15, 2027.
Mail all group deposits and payments in one church check (not individual checks) payable to "Chester County Christian Endeavor"
and paperwork to: Nancy Thompson (address is on Group Reservation Form).
NOTE: you don't need to be from Chester County PA to attend the events they sponsor.
CHILD PROTECTION.
Christian Endeavor takes protecting children, teens and adults very seriously from any abuse or accusation of abuse. To ensure all who attend are protected and provided help in the case of accusations, we require cleared background checks to be on file for every person who attends who is age 18 or older at the time of the event.
